Before Stepup is setup, we are just a design office, we have designers whom has over 10 year's Mosfet design experience, we designed all kinds of Mosfet include planar, super junction, trench, split gate technology; In addition to design, our manufacturing experience is also first class, we have served Nokia, Samsung, LG, Philips, Emerson, Flextronics, Huawei etc...We also have engineers work on battery pack PCM, BMS and adapter design, service is provided for some local customers, they are widely used in e-bicycle, e-scooter, e-tools, etc., Moreover, we have a supporting production plant, annual production capacity exceeds 200 million USD.
